Rosemary Law is named after Chloe Salmons' grandmother, whose love of law first sparked Chloe's own interest as a child. That early curiosity became a career spanning over a decade in private practice and in-house roles, working with everyone from early stage start-ups to global enterprises.

Chloe has spent that decade solving real legal problems inside real businesses. Most recently at a health-tech scale-up, and before that inside a multinational pharmaceutical company, advising teams across the UK, Benelux and Nordics. She has negotiated cross-jurisdiction deals, advised on expansion into new markets, and embedded herself inside sales teams to keep pipelines moving instead of stuck in legal review. She has partnered with product and engineering teams to get AI-enabled features to market without cutting corners on risk, and worked with leadership to build the contract templates and legal infrastructure that let a business scale.
